By Service, we, our refers to The Mii Database.
By User refers to you, the person reading and signing up on the Mii Database.
By Topic is the main idea of this wiki, which is to log content about the avatars used by Nintendo consoles and games called Miis or the page the User is editing/viewing/discussing.
By signing up you agree to this Terms Of Service and Privacy Policy, and agree to not pursue legal action if we close our servers or take action against your account because you violated our policies. You have the right to use our content (text, images, and files) if only you abide to the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 license and any other license if listed on the content’s description or anywhere else the content mentions it’s copyright status or license. You may also use this wiki to make a new wiki at any time.
We are not affiliated with Nintendo or the Mii brand or characters. This is a fan project.
Welcome to the Mii Database. This Terms of Service discloses what we expect you to use our Service as well as what we don’t want you to do on our Service. Failure to do so will result in this Terms of Service being void and your account banned from using our service(s).
1) Behavior and Attitude
When using the Mii Database we expect you to treat everyone’s gender and sexual identity, race, ethnicity, religion, etc with respect. We don’t tolerate discrimination or threats against any group. We also expect you to contribute to the Service, albeit on your own time, and in a matter that is not to vandalize, purposely spread misinformation, and to spread your own agenda (beliefs, opinions that is incorrect or unproven) other than to provide accurate, free information about our Topic. Jokes are allowed on guides/tutorials or if it's mentioned in the Topic but no where else. You may explain them if it contributes to our Topic. Opinions (by that we mean what you think, your beliefs, etc) can be shared in Discussions as long as the Topic is about getting data to improve the site or a page but no where else. We also expect you to report malice to us and in case of an emergency, emergency services (like 911 for the U.S.A). You will also be held accountable if there is any event that breaks any of our Policies if you are deemed to be the cause of it.
2) Threats, Denial Of Service Attacks, And Other Malicious Actions
If there’s a known threat threatening the usage of the Mii Database, privacy and safety or a person using the Mii Database from an action caused by someone else using the Mii Database, please report to us by emailing [email protected] or messaging us here. If we find out you are planning to disrupt our Service(s) we will take swift action to protect the safety and reliability of our own property, including reporting you to the police (if necessary) and banning your access to our Service(s).

Your Terms of Service may be voided if:
- A moderator deems it’s justified to perma-ban you.
