Policy:Games
From The Mii Database
All games have to feature Miis. Applications will be considered as games. All games don’t have to be Nintendo-made or have to run on a Nintendo console - games that run on a PC, a smartphone, or a competitor console can be added to this category as well as long as Miis are added by the official creator/maintainer.
tl;dr has to have some sort of official Mii support in game.
Examples:
Allowed:
- Super Mario Maker 2 is allowed as it uses Miis as an avatar.
- Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is allowed as it allows you to play as a Mii.
- Miitopia is allowed as Miis are part of the core gameplay.
- Mii Maker is allowed as it is an editor for Miis.
- My Avatar Editor is allowed as it is a unofficial editor for Miis.
Not allowed:
- ROBLOX (the platform/engine) as it uses a completely different avatar systems and the only time Miis are added are user-generated, not from the company that supports/makes the game. However such games can be considered a game as long as you don’t add the entire platform/engine itself.
- Kirby’s Return To Dreamland does not have any mention or support of Miis whatsoever.
All pages listed in Category:Games must use the structure defined in Example:Game.
This may change in future updates as we add more games to this wiki. If you believe this policy bars a game that you want to be documented here, contact an administrator.
